Cancellation Policy
We require a deposit for all bookings to secure your appointment and ensure that our time is optimally utilized. This policy helps us reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations, allowing us to provide the best service to all our valued clients.
A percentage deposit of the service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited towards your final bill.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance VIA TXT to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling under 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and will require a new one to rebook. Deposits will only be transferred ONE time for a service of equal or more value.
Please note that your appointment will NOT be booked until we receive your deposit. Please let us know if you have any questions! đź’—
